THIS IS A RANT.
I AM GETTING QUITE PISSED OFF.
so if you dont know, i am literally dying here. i need to get my nose pierced. i want an inseey weensy little stud in my nose. whats so wrong with that. according to my parents, EVERYTHING. ughh. its just really pissing me off that they wont let me get this done. first of all, its a piercing. its not permanent, so i can always take it out whenever i want. i wont be stuck with it forever. two, i think nose studs look quite sophisticated when they are small and not highly noticable. third, JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A STUD IN YOUR NOSE DOESNT MAKE YOU A WHORE. thats my moms excuse. and it just doesnt make sense to me. she thinks that people will assume that i am a naughty girl just because i have my nose pierced, but i honestly could care less. i know who i am, and if people want to stereotype me, GO RIGHT AHEAD. iTS FINE BY ME. like honestly, ill be prepared for that. but when people get to know me, they would realize that im the complete and total opposite of a whore. im just not like that. at all. i just want this because i love the way it looks and its my personalityy. also, its my body, and i should be able to do whatever i want to it. im just really upset that my parents won't even hear me out on it and they have their grounds set. all i want is a nose ring. and im ready to take on the responsibility that comes with getting it.
are there any ways to sway their thoughts you think?
